Outstanding evergreen shrub displays attractive foliage in all seasons. New growth is scarlet maturing to blue green in summer. Intense red fall color after a cold snap is its hallmark. `Harbor Dwarf' Nandina is a dense, compact cultivar of Nandina domestica. It branches from the ground to form a dense mound about 18-30" in height. The mature height may reach three feet, but with a wider and denser spread.
